Ltd. is looking for a New Business Development Manager who is passionate about developing and expanding new business opportunities in the automotive industry, to join our team in Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development Manager, with primary responsibility for identifying, creating, and expanding new business opportunities in the automotive industry, both nationally and internationally. The New Business Development Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing and presenting proposals, developing and implementing business strategies, and establishing relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience in New Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with demonstrated success in creating, expanding, and closing new business deals in the automotive industry Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from ideation to execution Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders Excellent ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment Experience in the automotive industry, rental car, or transportation sector is a plus High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
