SALES & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are creating a world-class team of Digital Media sales professionals and seeking experienced Sales and New Business Development Manager to develop and grow online advertising revenue from advertisers with branding and performance objectives such as reach, awareness, traffic, online sales, lead generation and app engagement. If you\xe2\x80\x99re an enthusiastic digital media expert with sales experience driving results for agencies and advertisers, we invite you to talk to us about joining our Digital Advertising sales team at Entravision MediaDonuts. The position is located in Mumbai/ Delhi, India and will require some local travelling to client and agency locations and will report to the Business Head in India.
Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Proactively grow client portfolio: Media agencies, Creative Agencies & Direct AOR Clients
  • Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how our advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers
  • Help advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew / up-sell
    to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely together with internal ad-operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Manage the payment structure and collection terms with the Clients.
  • Thought leadership \xe2\x80\x93 immersing yourself in the evolving digital media landscape, and adapting to our ongoing product developments

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Media Ad Sales for networks or agencies
  • Must have strong network with established business contacts for generating digital media sales - especially for Biddable media, Mobile App Performance and Retail Media ads
  • Superior understanding of digital marketplace (Google ads, Facebook/IG/LinkedIn ads, Programmatic etc.) and the competitive framework
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance new client relationships
  • Proven track record in translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
