JOB Overview : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer with expertise in IP subnetting, DHCP, basic switching, and VoIP to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, and providing technical support for network-related issues. This role requires a strong foundation in IP networking concepts, hands-on experience with DHCP configurations, and a basic understanding of switching and VoIP technologies. Additional Requirements:

- IP Subnetting:
- Demonstrate proficiency in IP subnetting, including subnet design, address allocation, and subnet mask calculations.
- Implement and maintain IP addressing schemes to optimize network performance and scalability.
- DHCP Configuration:
- Configure and manage DHCP servers to dynamically assign IP addresses to devices on the network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DHCP-related issues efficiently.
- Switching (Basic Knowledge):
- Possess basic knowledge of switching technologies, VLAN configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the network team to optimize switch performance and ensure seamless connectivity.
- VoIP (Basic Knowledge):
- Have a foundational understanding of VoIP technologies, including SIP, RTP, and basic VoIP configurations.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of VoIP systems, collaborating with the VoIP team as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Diploma or a related field.
- Experience or fresher as a Network Support Engineer or similar role.
- CCNA , Cisco or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
