: Network Support Engineer Who you are A dedicated team who is responsible for delivering high quality BAU/Regular operations for the production network. Our fully managed production network includes Backbone, DC-Interconnect, Internet/IX, DC Fabrics, firewall and load balancer. What you will be responsible for Based on the change request from application/system/Infra teams, perform BAU/Regular operations (configuration add/del/change). Supporting project teams and engineers by providing accurate and swift change work. Conduct troubleshooting in case the changes we make do not work as customer's expectation. Maintain high quality operations with SLA/SLO by having proper change review and execution. Take KAIZEN(Improvement) actions in daily operations and workflow. And take leadership initiatives whenever new space to improve is found. Minimum Qualifications: 1 year of experience at least in five of the following products/technologies: Routing (OSPF, BGP, FRR, etc.) Switching (access/trunking, port-channel, HSRP, etc.) Virtualization (vlan, vrf, vPC, etc.) Data Center Interconnect (FabricPath, VXLAN, MPLS) IPv6 (OSPSv3, BGP, IP unnumbered) Site-to-Site VPN (IPsec, DMVPN) Firewalls (ACL, NAT, Zoning, HA, etc) Load Balancer (F5, Citrix, A10) Public Cloud's network (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) Network monitoring Network Programming/Automation (Shell script, Ansible, Python, GO, etc) Troubleshooting experience with app/infra team, vendors, or telecommunication carriers Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering CCNA certified or equivalent knowledge and experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with production network change operation as daily basis Experience of project delivery as project lead/members CCNP certified or equivalent knowledge and experience ITIL foundation certified or equivalent knowledge and experience Strong interest with new network technologies
