Your Role and Responsibilities
As Network Engineer, you are responsible for management and configuration of IT and Networking assets in Data Center environment falling in the scope. Maintaining the Network architecture to provide technical support to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the service outages or disasters.
Responsibilities:

• Provide 9*6 support at client site and coordination with client, 24*7 availability to manage any Network/IT related Issues.
• Mounting Network devices and basic installation.
• Troubleshooting and identify the issues in Networking devices and passive cabling, IT devices Hardware and Windows/Linux OS.
• Responsible for coordinating with vendor & Client team for any part replacement/movement.
• Coordinating with vendor to Restore failure hardware part in bare minimal time with expertise and understand production setup criticality and Severity level of tickets.
• Responsible for management and configuration of Networking & IT assets falling in the scope.
• Suggesting client in case of any Changes in Networking Topology.
• Marinating the Network Diagram
• Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and processes via the defined change control process.
• Ready to work on 24x7 support for upgradation, Maintenance, Vendor management and coordination.
• Coordinate with multiple domain owners for technical resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good knowledge of Cisco Switches.
• Must have more than 3 years of experience in managing and configuration of various types of network devices and LAN cabling.
• Hands on experience on installing, configuring, and taking the backup of Cisco Switches and basic knowledge of operating systems like Windows / Linux / etc.
• Suggesting client in case of any Changes in Networking Topology.
• Marinating the Network Diagram
• Experience in maintaining the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
• Working knowledge to support all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Candidate should have good knowledge of Networking domain
• Must have 3 years of experience in managing, installing and configuring of Networking devices.
• Experience in keeping track of the resolution of vulnerabilities on the system and to develop, update, maintain, and implement plan of action subsequently
• Prior experience in ensuring compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
• Languages: English, Hindi are preferred
• Ready to work in 24* 7 Environment and flexible to work from client location.
