JOB DESCRIPTION Role Proficiency:Independently Troubleshoot analyse & implement solutions to improve network quality Outcomes: Continuously support for Network domain in 24/7 operation Validate Integrate and implement the new site as per the Client requirement Troubleshoot hardware alarms in the network and perform action plans to solve issues Collect data from field engineers and optimize the site to meet the KPI Identify the daily worst cells perform RCA and implement required changes in the network. Train & mentor L1 team on solving network issues Create and update knowledge repository on recurring issues for S1 Provide KT's cross functional training for S1 Second level of network Integration validation and testing. Measures of Outcomes: Adherence to ticket closure within SLA (P1/P2/P3) Adherence to site integration with zero alarms (No. of sites integrated vs alarms triggered) Adherence to radio KPI's (accessibility 99% retainability 1% Mobility 99%) Outputs Expected:Planning: Performing KPI Analysis Parameter Audit Capacity analysis and implement changes required Layer3 analysis of Drive test logs frequent customer interaction Integration: Troubleshooting and integrating new Network Elements (e NodeB new sector addition and RRU swap) Fault Management Services: Trouble shooting P1 tickets Interact with other stake holders (AM / CM / NI / Field Engineers) and provide solutions Configuration Management: Perform advanced level Integration and Fault Management Activities Performance Monitoring: Create new templates for reporting (KPI/ Performance / acceptance / BI reports) Skill Examples: Ability to tune the key parameters to improve service quality. Ability to troubleshoot and solve L2 tickets Ability to visualize interact and provide solutions to field engineers. Ability to handle multi-vendor networks viz. Huawei ZTE Nokia and Ericson Ability to present outputs and plans as per client requirement Knowledge Examples: Drive Test Log Analysis using post processing tools (Azengos Actix Analyzer Genex assistant). Site integration using Plan Editor and Darwin tool. Parameter optimization to improve KPI Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft office package (PPT Excel) Certified in ITIL basic CCNP CCIE Vcloud and NRS Additional Comments: SR2022062220101 Job Responsibilities & Competencies 4G/5G Baseline Parameter & Feature Audits for Swapped Sites 4G Traffic [Sector] & Timing Advance [Cell] KPI comparison check between KPIs post Swap. Optimization proposals to improve failed KPIs post Swap considering coverage, traffic, Timing advance & Handover KPIs. 4G/5G Drive Test based Coverage, Cross feeder check and DT KPI Report Preparation Analyze daily KPIs reports and perform counter level analysis. Fetch appropriate reports for accessibility, retainability, Throughput and Mobility KPIs from NetAct, other tools. In case of out of hand issue affecting KPI target achievement, a proper technical justification for Sites and also First tier Huawei Analysis required along with root cause analysis should be submitted for customer approval prior to final report submission Perform Audit of PCI, RSI, TAC for LTE/5G Prepare and deliver technical issue as per network design Perform acceptance tests with customer as required Ability to perform NPO related to planning & optimization work independently. These may include complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment. Performs network audits and DT based Analysis Minimum: Bachelor's degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience Experience in the Telecom Industry with minimum 8 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization KPI Monitoring and KPI reporting to customer Support any NPO technical issues related to KPI analysis Advanced network and/or service optimization Candidate Should have skills and good understanding on below topics. LTE OSS KPI & Counter Based optimization Accessibility, Retainability & mobility cause reasons Parameters & Feature audit and identify the deviations Neighbor Planning and assessments DT post processing tool knowledge must. Should be quick in analyzing the issue and provide optimization recommendations. English Communication must, should be good in speaking and writing. Huawei KPIs & Tools knowledge are added advantage Candidate should have knowledge on following tools NetAct, CM Operation Manager, CM Editor, Reporting Suite QGIS RADAR, QGIS Geosynthesis TEMS, NEMO, XCAL/XCAP or equivalent
