Anarock Hiring National Head - Retail Strata (Real Estate) in Gurgaon with 18+ years exp in Retail strata (real-estate Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Focus on Retail Brands/ Chains for Real estate sales on current & new projects

- Manage Teams across the region

- Manage Business P&L, Collections, Invoicing, etc. through the team

- Business responsibility at National Level for Retail Strata

- Manage Business Development with Real estate Developers

Additional Information:

- The position reports to National Head (Retail) vertical

- Incentives & Allowances are all over and above the fixed CTC.

- Proven experience and Solid relationship with Real estate Channel Partners / Local Real estate Broking firms in multiple geographies is essential.

- Looking for early joiners.

- Womens candidates are highly preferred, but Not Mandatory.

Requirements:

Location: Gurugram

Ctc 60 - 70 lacs

- 18+ years experience in Retail strata (real-estate Sales)

- To set-up & scale the Retail Strata vertical

- Team management experience

- Working in a similar role in an established IPC (International Property Consultant) firm

- Strong existing relationships with Brokers & Developers in Key Markets

- The person must have managed multiple geographies (Regions) in India in the Real Estate sector

Skills & Experience:

Target Companies - IPCs (International Property Consultants) such as Savills, JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Colliers, etc. OR highly reputed Real Estate Developer companies. Not looking for candidates from PropTiger.

This is work from office role. (Location is Gurugram)
