Sales
Based on the Management Directive, works out a Sales Plan (Project Phasing and Pricing) and projected Cash Flows.
Manage the Client acquisition campaigns and generate leads to build a flagship brand for Property Services in the respective region
Implement the Sales Plan with the concerned Sales Team for each of the projects.
Analysis
Constantly analyze customer walk ins by ethnicity, geography, segment etc. to increase buying conversion rate.
Proactively establish a system and carry out an ongoing analysis of Competing Projects in terms of their product mix, pricing and Sales Strategy (Offers/discounts/marketing tools). Study the trends and be aware of new policies pertaining to real estate/construction industry
Business Development
Develop the new market segments and develop strategic alliances.
Meet- channel partners and discussing about the challenges faced by them to sell/promote the groups products and help them overcome those challenges and also plan, design and Implement Various Channel Partner Programs to generate business.
Drive business and acquire new customers through Channel Partners existing leads, cold calling, self-generation, networking and referrals
P.T.O
Networking
Develop an intermediary network with real estate consultants, financial advisors and wealth management companies.
Manage pre-launch, project positioning, commercial launch up to project handover.
Forge marketing alliances with IPCs & intermediaries to identify high end customers; manage database, initiate research & customer survey etc.
Represent the company at Exhibitions, Trade Shows and Property Expos.
Team Management
Build and lead the teams for effective deal closure, ensure required documents (legal agreements, billing, credit etc.) are in place and monitor collections for designated accounts.
Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc.) to ensure exceptional
