Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Role Objective
- Lead a team of professional analytics experts, for UW and Analytics reporting
- Training team along with various stakeholders in implementing organizational guidelines and ensuring effective implementation of the same at ground level
- Ensuring quality of decisions & following up with the team for its desired outcomes
- Claims Analysis: Evaluating loss ratios, disposal ratios, frequency & severity analysis
- Formulate and implement Underwriting Guidelines for Motor Insurance within the Underwriting Philosophy
- Publishing monthly/quarterly analysis & control reports of underwritten cases to achieve desired quality of decisions
- Risk Selection, Application of suitable warranties & conditions
- Assist marketing team in converting large proposals; provide technical support to marketing team
- Setup and refine business metrics as an ongoing activity to manage process improvement.
- Ability to alter plans based on emerging realities and incorporating newly emerging data into the team's plans and processes
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and approvals to achieve maximum TAT bound interactions
- Nurturing talent and build strong team
