Key Roles &Responsibilities :

1. Managing the Motor business sourcing in various sourcing applications across Organization

2. Ensuring smooth and error free business flow

3. Close interaction with business and Technical team for faster turnaround of projects

4. Ensuring Compliance being maintained and close loop internal/external audit findings

5. Maintaining and publishing project trackers to Sr. Management on regular basis

6. Regular update and system changes as per market / competition best practices

7. New Product/Addon cover development, Regulatory changes, etc.

8. Monitoring and implementing the business related changes so as to achieve Budget targets -

- GWP

- Loss Ratio

- LOB wise business mix

- Retention

- MCOR

- Contributing to underwriting validations as required in order to support and enable the maintenance of an effective control environment.

- Insight of the market and its risks, proactive identifying opportunities to increase business penetration.

- Providing support to business team and guiding them for profitable business

Key Requirements - Education & Certificates :

1. Graduate / MBA

2. Portfolio review, Presentation skills, Good knowledge of PPT, Excel, Macros (Good to Have), Power BI (Good to have)

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills :

1. Candidate should have an experience of 2 + years in Insurance

2. Knowledge of motor products is preferred but not mandatory

3. Experience in working in system developments and handling IT projects
