The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple facets of our organization, including sales, study abroad programs, operations management, team leadership, business development, financial management, marketing, people management, and center operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities :Sales Management :- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance expectations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Study Abroad Programs:- Oversee the development and execution of study abroad programs, ensuring high-quality experiences for students.- Collaborate with academic institutions and partners to expand program offerings and reach new markets.- Monitor program effectiveness and implement enhancements as needed.Operations Management:- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations.- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize performance.Team Leadership:- Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of professionals.- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential.Financial Management:- Take ownership of P&L responsibilities, including revenue, cash flow, and profitability.- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with senior management.- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Marketing:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our services and attract customers.- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital and traditional media, to reach target audiences.- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.People Management:- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.- Address performance issues promptly and fairly, following company policies and procedures.Center Operations:- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all company centers.- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs and maintain high levels of satisfaction.- Implement best practices and standards to enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets.- Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as needed.So, what next?If you have a passion for hustle, prioritize work above all, and share our enthusiasm for edtech, we warmly encourage you to apply and embark on this exciting journey with us.
