Responsibilities:
Design and Planning: You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for creating MEP system designs, considering energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety.
Policy Development: Develop policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools related to MEP concerns.
Drawing and Specification Review: Review and prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
Project Management: As part of the project management team, oversee all aspects of MEP services within the project.
Team Management: Lead the MEP Engineering team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and project progress.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (with a focus on MEP).
Proficiency in relevant software tools used for MEP design and analysis.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other project stakeholders.
