Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:r r Responsible for (MEP Services) HVAC, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Building Management System, CCTV and Access control design for Commercial, IT Park, Hospitals, Science parks, High Rises, stadiums, and Industrial projects.r r r r MEP Design coordinator and Execution services required for Project under execution and tender stage. Co-ordination with Vendors, Clients and consultants for timely delivery of MEP Design and services and deliverables at site.r r Responsible for handling designing of Services (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & ELV) portion of the contract with the client as per the agreement.r r Preparation and checking of Concept Design Report, Space Planning, System Design, selection of equipment like Chillers, Primary and Secondary Pumps, AHU, Ventilation fans, VRF, VAV etc.r r Preparation of MOEF Report for MEP Service, tender document, technical Specification, BOQ for the Job, Budget Estimation for the work.r r Co-ordination with Project management team during execution of work and provide technical consultation.r r Manage the budget of Services and the margins for the project as per the pre-decided estimates.r r Preparation of tender drawings including space planning, invitation of tenders, Tender negotiations, Techno Commercial discussion and finalization of vendor.r r Interface between the client, consultants and project team for MEP related issues to ensure good customer relationship.r r Approval of Technical Submittals for the items of work, approval and issue of GFC drawings for the project during execution stage (Prepared by the successful vendor based on the design drawings).r r Project execution for services domain as per the stipulated norms of contract pertaining to cost, timeline & quality.r r Understanding of multidisciplinary engineering functions.r r Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.r r Knowledge of all statutes for Buildings and construction industry.r r Experience of Design and project management in Services of buildings & Industrial establishments.r r Proven ability in multitasking and prioritising workload.r r Understanding of the project commercials and contracts.r r Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines.r r Proven ability in judgement / decision making on a variety of issues within tight deadlines.r r Ability for resource mobilisation and utilisation.r r Responsible for team management.r r Knowledge of MEP Design software.r r Proficient in MS Office application.r r r r Desired Candidate Profiler r BE Mechanical with 20-25 years experiencer r r r
