Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Plumbing and Firefighting Designer to join our Infrastructure Group in Gurugram.
Employment Type: Both contractual and permanent roles are available.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Be a organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/Revit Modeler modelling 3D models and coordination for transit/building projects.
Perform assigned 3D Revit modeling tasks and develop 3D Revit Model of the project.
Create layout drawings for plumbing and firefighting systems.
Use Navisworks to find issues, record issues, and verify clash resolution.
Visually verify scope clashes between assigned trade and those of others.
Create project-specific families as needed and follow the project BIM Standards.
Have good understanding of BIM Template and processes.
Liaise with the internal BIM team to develop and manage modeling and deliverable standards.
Be able to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate activities between disciplines.
Function with minimal supervision.

You bring to the role:
Diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant
Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing and firefighting drawings and Revit modeling for transit projects.
Strong English written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning and organizational skills.

Preferred
Experience in Metro rail project for Plumbing and fire protection system.
Experience on North American Projects will be given preferred.
Experience in the use of procedures and workflows in the execution of projects.
Education: Any Graduate
