Mep Infrastructure Developers General Manager Finance/fund Raising
Job Description
Accountabilities:
- Implementing restructuring of Debt for the Company.
- Raising of funds/ BG for the requirement of Business by the way generation of new leads and implementing the same.
- Managing the existing relationship including but not limited to renewal requirements, with the banks.
- Credit rating of MEP Group.
- Closure requirement of HAM entities with relation to Harmonious Substitution of HAM Companies/ conciliation with the banks/FIs
- Preparation /Vetting of financial models.
- Working Capital Appraisal of Banks including preparation of CMA data.
- Maintaining and Ensuring the timely renewal / Extension of BG's
- Ensure renewal of limits on timely basis with all the lending banks/ FI's.
- Putting efforts towards reduction of Cost for all banking related outgo.
- Credit rating for all the entities.
- Liaison with ASM for smooth conduction of audit and presentation of details/data
- Managing LAS .
- Any other work as assigned by the seniors.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA Finance / CA Final with 10-15 years of professional experience in large conglomerate or MNC in infra, EPC, or similar sectors.
