MEP ManagerSr Engineer MEPManager position Required 4 to 8 year experience MEP Maintenance Of High Raises buildingExperience in Facility Management will be added advantage

- Responsive In Nature.
- Supervision and Co-ordination of site execution of MEP (Electrical, FFS, IT & Security, HVAC) Work within stipulated time and quality control as per QAP.
- Ensure contractors execution is within the stipulated parameters of time, cost, and quality.
- Weekly meetings with contractors to review the status of work with respect to time, quality, and cost
- Preparation and monitoring of detailed schedule for works
- Ensure implementation of highest standards of HSE as per policy
- Work with Site Head to identify hurdles and resolution of same
- Ensure implementation of right resource by the contractor at site and their optimum utilization.

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
