Make sketches for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical & Plumbing layouts and determine types and quantities of materials necessary. Establish work standards, production control, job priorities. Co-ordination with Clients, Architects and consultation with Interior Designers and other contractors who undertake the accountability of customer satisfaction. Strong analytical, problem solving & inter-personal skills. Responsible for creating, modifying, and updating coordination, construction, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD with accuracy, neatness, and speed. Preparation weekly progress reports. MEP Designing & Drafting (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) Preparing shop drawings of MEP and Architecture by using AutoCAD Preparing Bill of Quantity Detail designing.Requirements: The ideal candidate should have AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, HAP, Duct sizer (McQuay) B. Tech/M. Tech in any stream. 2+ years of experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Design and Drafting. Immediate Joiner. Strong Team leadership and Management Skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per monthBenefits:
