Description We are looking for a highly skilled and career-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team in the International Tourism & Hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting international tourism & hospitality products and maintaining strong relationships with our clients such as travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel companies, etc. You will be required to promote & pitch the International travel products that we represent in India intending to promote and develop the market. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining partnerships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and professional personality and a deep understanding of marketing and business partnerships and also be passionate about travel & tourism as a field and should be willing to travel (domestic/international). - Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan (B2B/B2C) to achieve the marketing goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B/B2C markets, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- To develop and execute effective product campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Provide regular market reports and analysis highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing & business development, preferably in a hotel or tourism domain.
- Strong track record of meeting business objectives.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Proficient in using MS office tools.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
