We are hiring for a Branch Sales Manager in Banking and Insurance Sector.r r
r Profile: Branch Sales Manager/Sales Manager
r Salary: 2.55 LPA to 3.50 LPA + Incentive (40k Performance Bonus per year)
r Experience: 7 Months to 5 Years in Banking and any Sales
r Locations : All metro city
r r r Job Responsibilities:
r 1. Create marketing strategies to achieve the sales targets of a bank.
r 2. Implement best practices to meet customersaEUR(TM) needs and requirements.
r 3. Initiate campaign strategies for bank products and services.
r 4. Initiate customer retention strategies and build new customers.
r 5. Lead, direct and mentor sales and marketing teams to achieve a hundred percent outcome.
r 6. Resolve customer needs
r 7. Assist and support bank management in delivering customer services.
r 8. Prepare sales and marketing statements and reports for the top management of the bank.
Education: Any Graduate
