- Recruit and create a large down line team of Advisors.r
- Training & development of Agency Sales force to make them best in selling Insurance products.r
- Making joint calls to assist the down line team for sales & training purpose.r
- Drive different contest and benefits offered by co. for front line sales team.r
- Achieve GWP Sales Target.r
