About Our Client

Our client is a leading Developer in the real estate sector. They have a portfolio across asset classes- Residential and retail

• Work on marketing and advertising tools like Google adwords, analytics, Facebook Ads, Insta ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter and other Ad Tools to generate relevant leads for business.
• Developing marketing strategies for different business verticals of the organization.
• Drive Online and Offline marketing campaigns according to the requirements.
• Development of brand activities to put out the organization as a reputed brand across
  the industry through offline as well as online channels.
• Handle SEM, SEO and SMM for the company and generate desired traffic to the
  website.
• Coordinating with sales team and maintaining the quality and quantity of leads
  required by the team
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation
  to execution to analytics.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy. Directing, planning and
  coordinating marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for the organization\'s products and services.
• Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Marketing function preferably in real estate sector
• MBA preferred from recognized university
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organization, Leadership, and time-management skills
• Multitasking skills
• Eye for detail
