In a nutshell, the global customer experience team plays a crucial role in acquiring clients, and driving them to harness the full potential of our wide range of deliverables, while positioning Frost & Sullivan as a Growth Pipeline Company. Responsibilities Secondary Research: New Contacts identification specifically on the events/council criteria Outreach via email automation platform: 1:1 targeted email and consistent follow-up with specific time frame intervals using tailor-made drafts. CRM Database Expansion: Regular updating & expansion of validated contacts to CRM database with standardized notes for New/Existing Contacts, Accounts & Leads Adhoc Support: Additional Adhoc support for database development and internal marketing requests to expand the database with validated potential contacts Revenue Generation: Develop a positive response thru client emailing efforts & and focus on ROI Adherence to deadline submission on all requests assigned and eagerness to work on any challenging requests & process Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded Develop excellent quality content Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience Qualifications Basic knowledge in MS Excel/O365 and CRM tools like Sales logix/MS Dynamics/Salesforce.
