Job Overview :
- We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
- The HR Technology Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and management of our HR technology systems, ensuring they are optimally configured to meet our business needs.
-The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy HR professional who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver results.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain HR technology systems including HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management System, and Learning Management System.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement technology strategies that meet the company\'s HR needs and goals.
- Evaluate existing HR technology systems, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the HR team.
- Troubleshoot HR technology systems issues, resolve technical problems and escalate as needed.
- Develop and conduct training programs for HR technology users, ensuring that they understand how to use the systems to their fullest potential.
- Maintain the HR technology systems to ensure data accuracy, system performance and data security.
- Provide support to HR users in utilizing the HR technology systems, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies as appropriate.
Requirements :
- Bachelor\'s/P.G degree in HR, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology systems administration or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems such as HRIS, ATS, PMS and LMS.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement and maintain HR technology systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
