Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non IT)
Job opportunity in Gurgaon who holds good exposure of end to end non-technical volume recruitment holding 8-10 years of hard-core experience in Talent acquisition. If this sounds exciting, apply with us!

Responsibilities: * The person would be responsible for holding core exposure of end to end recruitment.
- The person would be taking care of effectively communication with the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team
- They would be responsible for conducting market scan for local and regional vendors including accessing new sources.
- They will be responsible for managing whole recruitment process.
- Managing relationship with onshore Business Process Owners and senior management.
- Engaging with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
- One should hold hands of exposure of optimize hiring cost and use sophisticated applicant tracking systems.
- Hands on experience on Non-IT hiring like Digital business, Content, Media, Lead Generation etc.
- Experience in leveraging a Referral network in a corporate environment.
- One should hold great exposure of stakeholder managements.
