Manager - Site Administration

Purpose:

The role is required to provide managerial support for all the facilities, site services requirement and liaison related to Chandippa and surrounding Rice Breeding Sites across Hyderabad

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for overall Site Services support at Chandippa site in the areas of Security, Facility, Canteen, Transportation, Real Estate including liaison with Govt authorities
• Responsible for supporting facility management which includes house Keeping by maintaining proper checklist and ensuring it is followed. Technical services by carrying out AMC contracts and maintaining engineering equipment check list, gardening, landscaping and bringing new aesthetic looks to the site canteen administration by following SOP and having periodic canteen committee meetings, maintaining food quality, hygiene and compliance
• Introduction of integrated employee staff transportation in coordination with Fleet HO. Manage monthly hired vehicles keeping the cost controls in place as per approved budgets
• Support and make necessary arrangements in the areas of Creche facility, w Ensure the site is equipped with all required facilities to conduct the meetings and hosting visits wrt to conference room, IT setup and stationery etc. Team engagement activities such as birthday bashes, long standing awards, calendar events proposed by facility contractor are conducted as per the timelines.
• Responsible and accountable for daily real-time supervision & monitoring of the overall Security operations of Chandippa site including CCTV, Access Control systems and vendor management system. Act as strong interface to successfully run a smooth operation between all security vendors and Bayer Site Management as per the resp. service level agreement. Also ensure smooth security operations surrounding B& TD sites in Hyderabad and escalate all abnormal activities / matters on real time basis to seniors for appropriate advice/ guidance.
• Coordinating with the CSR function in and around Chandippa site and also take care of the Bayer branding activities as and when required. Forming CSR committee and initiating monthly meetings with the team members and carrying out survey at near by villages to understand the requirements and support wherever appropriate by promoting the image of the company.
• Partnering with business in sustainability engagement in the site and work with the HSE team in driving the programs and completing the agreed milestones.
• Responsible for Real Estate related matters for Chandippa, Mokila, Khanapur, Dontanpally site in the areas of ( obtaining pahanis, property tax payments, carrying out Govt survey, representing the local govt authorities as required )

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for Non-Contaminated Scrap Sale management periodically by ly by following the scrap disposal process. Final reporting of the sale
• Amount with proper statement to accounting team. Maintain an scrap sale statement along with GP\'s weigh slips and agreements for audit references and internal records
• Ensure carrying out employees Health awareness program , vaccination drives, in coordination with HSE & Wellness center
• Supporting travel management, town hall and connect sessions with regional teams of Rice Breeding
• Ensure to coordinate with Site Manager and work on cost savings as per the approved CAPEX and OPEX budgets under the B & TD cost centre.
• Responsible for executing actions towards relocation of employees as per requirement

Qualification & Competencies:

• University degree
• 5-7+ year experience in Managing Administration, Security & Facility Services.
• Cross-functional collaboration & communication
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Good oral and written communication.
