To take care of Infrastructure management, insurance, legal activities etc.
Manage and maintain the physical Office space (opening & Closing, neat & clean of the office premises) maintenance, safety, housekeeping, inventory, Office equipment, telephone Ensure all the office equipments are maintained properly and in working condition.
AMC are entered and renewed with service provider.
Maintenance and verification of the Travel conveyance /claims of the office staffs.
Vendor registration with government bodies, customers, suppliers etc.
Other statutory compliance.
Ensuring all business process is done using SAP.
To ensure profitability of the Branch is maintained.
Handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and inform the Head Office.
Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal, leave records and training) Monitor the attendance recording system; generate an MIS report – late comers, absentees etc and send to Head Office
Responsibilities and Duties
Monitor the bank transactions Handle the petty cash Stock maintenance Direct visit to the customer place in case of delay of payments at customers end and filing legal cases for the recovery of the payments.
To meet the goals and targets for the Consumables business Maintaining funnel and to develop strategies for continuous business growth and sustain the existing customer base To monitor the Branch’s sales and profitability goals are achieved.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Retired Person with Administration and Sales experience is preferred.
