Manager / Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing / FMCG / Personal & Beauty Care - CA Qualified (5+ Years)

Looking for enthusiastic professional who will be driving Financial Planning, Budgeting, medium to long term plan, Costing, Projects & Competitor/ FMCG Benchmarking.

Please Note: Preferably we are looking for FP&A professionals with Manufacturing/FMCG/Personal & beauty care organizations. CA qualification is mandatory.

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Your Employer: Prominent Personal Care Product Manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

Budgeting, planning, forecasting and corporate reporting. Formulation of Long-Range Plan, detailed Annual Operating Plan

Preparing monitoring and releasing MIS to the top management

Performing advance analytics on business performance with forecast/ targets and providing details analysis report to the business heads

Initiatives on specific projects such as state level profitability tracking, competition deep dives, packaging cost reduction, fixed cost analysis

Supporting Marketing, Sales, ecommerce, and supply chain team

Tracking category-wise actual costing versus standard/ Budgeted costing, racking the variance. Also handing and driving managing cost transformation projects

Supporting management for costing of products / new launches etc. along with market research

Regularly presenting the benchmarking study and competitor analysis to management

Tracking listed and unlisted player in FMCG space and updating the management on latest developments

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant/CA qualified candidate with strong Financial planning and analysis experience

Background in Manufacturing/FMCG/Personal & beauty care organizations, preferred.
