Urgent Hiring for a Manager- FP&A and Costing for a leading FMCG company based in Ujjain

Urgent Hiring for a the profile of Manager-FP&A and Costing for a leading FMCG company :

Details are as follows:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Business Partnering the Plant Management Team

- All activities supporting financial planning & analysis for the plant & supporting the FP&A team in HO, Mumbai in terms of overall plant MIS submissions.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances (Flash & Bridge).

- Preparation of Plant and Regional - profit and loss account from SAP and Power BI.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights for decision-making. Review data received.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on comprehensive analysis.

- Costing Management: Manage and optimize costing systems to ensure accurate product cost calculations.

- Conduct regular cost analysis to identify cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

- Compare BOM (Bill of Material) & Activity changes to avoid cost run error & reduced time

- Tracking export related cost for correct cost allocation / Cost run.

- Collaborate with production and SCM teams to monitor and control manufacturing costs.

- Supply planning evaluation and overview with appropriate suggestions for plant to be used for production among all the plants as per geographical position and cost effectiveness.

- Scenario analysis and saving opportunity by shifting preponing / postponing / shifting production among all the plant.

- Complete review, analysis and commentary on Total Primary and Secondary freight and warehousing.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust MIS systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting by

- Complete the month end closing and key reports by 2nd of every month

- Streamline data collection processes to enhance efficiency and reliability of information.

- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology for optimizing MIS capabilities. Eg. Using Power BI / Excel Dashboard

- Generate and present insightful financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends. (Direct Cost, Gross Margins etc.. )

- Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.

- Handling master data, analyses and closely coordinate with data analysis team, interpreting the data and reports.

- Process Cost Allocation Prepare costing allocation entries, tracking of PR & PO , GR/IR in SAP S/4 Hana

- To be able to understand FMCG Primary & Secondary Business Model

- Should be able to prepare ad hoc management analysis reports

Experience & Education:

- CMA - [ICWA] competed. Along with MBA in accounting/operation will be preferred

- Proven experience (7 years) in financial planning and analysis, MIS, and costing roles within the food manufacturing industry. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent Command over English - Commentary writing and presentation

- Expert in power point presentation, MS office, word, excel, ERP, SAP, Power BI

- Advance MS Excel, Proficient with MS office (V - Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivots)

Functional Requirements:

- Must have experience of general accounting principles, Costing & understanding on Budgeting and Analysis

- Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
