Our client is Leading and renewed name in Hospitality Industry is a chain of luxury hotels ,has headquartered in Mumbai, India. and incorporated before independence is part of India's largest business conglomerates. The company employed over 25000 people .

They are looking for young energetic Sales manager -National Accounts .

Role Title : Sales Manager National Account (CRM) -2 open roles

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 15.00 L

Educational Qualifications :

- MBA in sales and any other relevant certification would be an added advantage.

Work Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of corporate, regional or Area Director of Sales experience in full-service, branded hotels.

- Must have thorough working knowledge of all aspects of hotel sales and revenue management.

- Should be fluent in English

- Increase revenues from the portfolio

- Manage the portfolio of critical accounts relationships require maintaining strong relationships with the clients, as they are large companies who have been associated with the company for many years and hence are long standing customers

Key Role & Responsibility :

1. Area of responsibility:

- Assists Associate Vice President Sales, of group company

- Maintain account plans for assigned Group Companies and have a strategy to grow these accounts and review them periodically.

- Develop trust relationships with the portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

2. Essential job tasks:

- Corporate rate contracting which requires negotiation skills.

- Evaluate and track the critical accounts revenue performance against budget, brand benchmarks and group portfolio

- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

3. Learning opportunities:

- Gaining confidence in handling key customer relationships and client negotiations.

- Meeting and networking with senior management as it requires meeting with CEO and other top management levels of key companies.

4. Personal Characteristics :

- Take initiative, execute and implement change or effectively adapt to changes. Work comfortably in a fast-paced, metrics-driven and changing environment, being proficient in time management with the skill to organize and manage multiple priorities.

- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes.

- An innate ability to channel different points of view; Able to establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility quickly; Excellent consulting skills as well as technical writing and public speaking. Sound negotiation and influencing skills

5. Leadership capabilities:

- Easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling the work being done, thus manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader by developing clear action plans that drive processes with numerous interdependencies.

- Creates a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results

- Assumes a long-term, integrated perspective while also striving to drive quarterly revenue results - commits to short-term results, forecasts future revenue, and takes accountability for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.

6. Functional Characteristics:

- Awareness of product and service offerings as most clients are already long standing customers and are aware of our hotels and the offerings

- Good knowhow of all initiatives that generate lasting revenue and drive growth are directly tied to your customer's experience with your company and product

- Understands key business financial reports and drivers.

- Commercially astute with excellent business acumen.

- Customer orientation as it requires focusing on key clients and maintaining relationships

- Sound planning and strategy skills to manage and grow the portfolio successfully
