- As a Relationship Manager your primary responsibility would be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also attracting new clients. You would be expected to understand the financial needs and goals of each client and offer appropriate products and services to meet those needs.Your specific duties and responsibilities may include :- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.- Conducting regular meetings with clients to review their financial portfolios and offer appropriate products and services to meet their needs.- Identifying new business opportunities by networking and prospecting potential clients.- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.- Managing the sales team and providing guidance and training to team members.- Meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.- Coordinating with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and customer service to ensure efficient service delivery.- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
