Manager - Sales - AlcoBevPl note - Only profiles with experience in the liquor sales in Delhi / NCR will be considered for the role.Warburttons a leadership search organisation is retained to identify a strategic and experienced Manager Sales - Liquor Trade for Delhi to lead the sales function for Delhi Market.As a Manager Sales you will manage the below responsibility:- Manage daily sales and coordination of brand portfolio - Manage Retail, on-Premises sales, and marketing in Delhi- Ensure Sales, Delivery and Brand Visibility in Delhi in line with AOP (Annual Op Plan)- Manage Sales operations and supply chain coordination- Liaison with Govt Regulatory bodies, keep track of policies and maintain relations for smooth operations in the zoneA successful applicant should have:- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master\'s preferred)- 6+ years of progressive experience in liquor trade sales business management in Delhi / NCR specially in Whiskey and Brandy Categories- In-depth knowledge of trade regulations, compliance, industry dynamics- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments- Exceptional networking, relationship-building capabilities
