Title of the Position: General Manager( sales & Operations)(Inside Sales) - ChennaiReports to: CEOOffice Location: Innov8 by Oyo 2nd floor,No 14 SKCL tech squareOpposite to DHL Lazer Street,South Phase, SIDCO Industrial Estate,Guindy, ChennaiBangalore - 600032Roles & Responsibilities:At Miles Education we are looking for skilled Inside Sales professionals, experienced in lead identification & conversion. Relate to the learning mindset of students & professionals likewise, and the emotion associated with education.S/he is expected to actively participate in the development and advancement of Miles education/training offerings at a global scale on various ongoing & upcoming projects.S/he will be responsible for counseling prospective aspirants about Miles course offerings and help them make smarter career choices.The ideal candidate should be:- 8-10 years of Inside Sales experience, with some experience in Ed Tech/ E-learning would be a distinct advantage.- Candidates should have fluent oral & written English.- Prior experience In General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies.- Pro-Active, Self motivated & Target-oriented personality.Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM ( 1hr break), 6 Days (Monday week off) working from the office.About the Company:Miles Education up-skills students and professionals to help them be future-ready and enable their career progression.
