Responsible for ensuring global compliance to support internal and external inspection/audit
Tracking and publishing monthly metrics on training Compliance
Responsible for Resource Management for the entire organization
The activities include, Onboarding and off boarding of resources, Track and report headcount,
Monthly reconciliation of headcount with the regional leads
Maintenance of repository for storing CVs, JDs and OC of all resources across all the regions in GRA CMC & Hospital by collaborating with GPD professional Records Team
Conduct new joiner Induction program in regular intervals.
Creating Purchase Orders and monitoring invoices
Attend Professional Record Forum and make changes to our process accordingly.
Responsible for providing training for Global colleagues/contractors and remains as a source of on-going support as necessary.
Tracking and publishing monthly time tracking metrics
Raise Staff Change Tool request for Resource on/off-boards, internal movement.
Run CV campaign across annually
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor\'s Degree.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High energy level, and ability to work hard under pressure.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other administrative support members.
Nice-to-Have
Strong understanding of both pharma industry and scientific academic research environments.
Knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes.
Be a self-starter and have a sense of urgency in delivering results that have medical impact and yield a positive customer experience.
