Work you\'ll do Business Operation Executives are responsible for interpreting data from various departments, making strategic decisions, and rolling out a plan of action. Business Operations Managers can obtain data from multiple department reports, such as budgetary information, interpret financial data, monitor expense reports, and perform a cost-benefit analysis of internal programs. The Business Operations Executive will report directly to the Manager of business operations or the DEC leader in the absence of the said manager role. Most employers require Business Operations Managers to hold a bachelor\'s degree in business administration, engineering, or accounting. Having a firm grasp on the fundamentals, being well organized, and working well under pressure will be ideal attributes for aspiring candidates. The team The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers Responsibilities Request reports from various tribes for review on a regular basis . Compile information from various sources to formulate a current picture of the tribe and the market needs . Interpret data to generate tribe and DEC strategies for implementation . Create a monthly presentation for the Board of Directors meeting . Utilize DEC board information to schedule DEC wide change to best influence positive impact . Hold a monthly inter-tribe meeting to roll out new agendas . Follow up with tribe heads to ensure proper execution . Request progress reports for all tribes on a regular basis . Digitalize the processes and chalk out a workflow for the everyday reporting As a prospective candidate, you should possess . Ability to slice and dice data . Robust interpersonal skills .
