Job Description


MANAGER (QSF Accounting)- 1. Monitor and audit settlement accounts to ensure data integrity. 2. Bank account reconciliation with current distributed funds. 3. Forecasting distributions to account for remaining funds. 4. Coordinating with the Accounting department on financial reporting activity for each settlement fund. 5. Oversee the operations of the admin function, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department\'s goals and objectives. 6. Train, develop and lead Admin team with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, high functioning team; contribute actively towards employee performance evaluation. 7. Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs. Manager (Corporate Accounting)- 1. Train and supervise team members on all accounting processes. 2. Attend periodic meetings and provide analytical support for management evaluation. 3. Prepare & improve monthly financial & operational management reports. 4. Support QSF Admin & QSF Accounting team for reports. 5. Interface with QuickBooks Accounting, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle NetSuite, Import Utilities, and check processing vendor-software to complete check payments. 6. Interface with multiple bank platforms to account for banking transactions. 7. Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs. 8. Prepare financial trends and variance analyses comparing current operating results with prior operating results for operational actions. 9. Setting goals & objectives of team members and conducting performance evaluation. 10. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team. 11. Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information. Manager (FP&A)- 1. Conduct financial forecasts \xe2\x80\x93 both capital and P&L \xe2\x80\x93 for annual and long-term planning and forecasts. 2. Ensure key performance metrics are in place and are effectively managed through reporting/dashboards, business reviews and analysis. 3. Effectively translate performance metrics into financial targets. 4. In partnership with the leadership teams, assist in the development of the annual and long-range plan and ensure accurate and timely forecasting. 5. Ability to source, structure and analyse data for problem solving; utilize databases or other tools as required. 6. Partner with the Accounting team to review monthly financial results, identifying key trends, variances, and areas of improved performance. 7. Develop various scenarios through models and interpret financial impact and make recommendations for management decision-making teams. 8. Integrate analysis with balance of Finance team to ensure consistent financial view across the organization. 9. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time Salary: 91,200,000.00 - 91,750,000.00 per year Benefits:
