About the department The position is based in the Production Infrastructure (PI) area, part of Global IT Operations (GITO) - a department with 400+ employees distributed across more than 25 countries, managing our IT Infra compliance, Cloud Services, Infrastructure Services, Operations, IT Support, Major Incident Management and Digital Workplace Services. The Production Infrastructure is an area consisting of global Product teams with highly skilled and dedicated employees, supporting production sites infrastructure services across the globe. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, and we work in a truly global setup with colleagues located all over the world. The Position As Manager, you will be managing team of 20+ employees and attract, develop, and retain talent in the department with a strong focus of having an agile & growth mind. You will be analysing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies. It will be expected of you to empower and delegate employee\'s responsibilities and track their accountabilities and share regular feedback. You will consciously create a that is consistent and emphas the identified mission, , guiding principles, and values of Novo Nordisk. You will lead employees using a and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning. You will additionally be responsible for: Managing the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department. Ensuring realisation of the Production Infrastructure product area strategy for Global NN Organisation and support innovative initiatives with significant business impact. Ensuring full delivery management of the Production Infrastructure (Compliance, Surveillance, and monitoring operations) area in aspects of Managing, Maintaining, Operating and further Developing the Services to Global IT Operations\' expectation and Global Standards. Ensuring Quality requirement adherence in delivery being essential to the unit. To ensure that all employees are updated with the Quality, governing Policies, Novo Nordisk QMS (Quality Management System), Process adherence and especially in the GxP compliance. Managing third party vendors, contracts, budgets for the external resources and participate in audits, inspections and ensuring compliance of systems and products anchored in alignment with the IT Product Manager and System Management team. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 10+years in IT. 3+ years of experience in people management. Well versed with compliances and production projects. Good understanding on IT Infrastructure (Production) domain. Good experience in stakeholder management and vendor management. Solid knowledge on how to continuously evolve an organisational Agile mindset with experience in training, coaching and mentoring people towards an Agile mindset. Experience of working in service delivery setups having operations and development scope with internal and external teams. Should possess strong stakeholder management skillset able to handle communication and alignment with LoB (Line of Business) stakeholders, primarily Product Manager, Project Owners, RTEs, Scrum Masters and System Managers. Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. You have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures.
