- Deputy Manager (Production)

As a Dy.Manager, you will provide full confidential administrative support to achieve operational efficiency and compliance with company policy, procedure and current legislation. You will primarily be responsible for the on time delivery of the products with safe and quality are to maintained at all times.

What Needs To Be Done?

• Planning and organizing monthly/daily production schedules and deliver the plan as per commitment
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets and track the records
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety regulations/guidelines
• Monitor and review the daily performance of associates and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Prepare and maintain production reports and verifying with the standards and improve continuously
• Implement lean practices for process improvements throughout the operation

• Business Studies or relevant qualification/experience working in a similar role
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Ability to plan, direct and control at an operational level
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent team player
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative
• Higher English, HNC Business or equivalent
• Experience working within an Engineering environment
