Main Tasks & Requirements
Tasks in detail:
- Develop and execute a robust process of launch plans for new solutions and/or new features. Integrate with Product, Sales, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Events and Public Relations to coordinate activities for powerful market visibility and pipeline momentum.
- Develop and lead the positioning of the either Production & Machining or Mold & Die suite of products.
- Use your market knowledge to help sales align their selling process to the way the market wants to buy.
- Develop relevant content to be used for all go-to-market channels and materials.
- Refine target markets, buying personas and market positions, manifested in sales, marketing and enablement materials, and communications.
- Expand our internal understanding of the target audience demographic and needs, reception of our offerings, target persona development, competitive landscape and sentiment around our solutions.
- Participate in voice of customer, via multiple channels including close collaboration with the sales and product organizations. Integrate newly discovered needs into inputs to product roadmap, working closely with product teams.
- Motivate, help organize and guide marketing programs and their progress toward company goals
- Experience in fast moving marketing team with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, of which 5 in a discrete manufacturing domain with an appreciation of CAD/CAM, or production software sales experience
- Experience working with marketing and/or sales organization to understand business needs, develop deployable solutions plans, track growth and report results
- Experience developing market strategies and positioning for enterprise B2B technology solutions.
- Expertise at identifying points of differentiation against competitors. Experience with producing useful competitive analysis.
- Experience in bringing enterprise solutions to market on a global scale, enabling sales teams, marshalling support and actions from product, communications, sales and other participant organizations.
- Ability to independently develop strategies and plans and move rapidly to execution, while proactively communicating actions and progress.
