Product Marketing Manager- Global Platform for Creators
We are looking for a Product Marketer for a VC Funded global creator platform
Job Profile:
- Own the growth charter end to end for bringing more creators from digital and non-digital channels and getting successful. Assume that you will have different team members/agency partners to enable with execution work on some of these channels.
- Coming up with the product positioning, value proposition and messaging to different target segments of Creators & also their fans and keep evolving it as we grow.
- Launch new features to market and drive adoption on new and existing product features
- Enable sales and partnerships teams with insights, case studies, marketing material and feedback from our existing creator community
- Stay on top of creator sentiment and creator pulse through primary and secondary research.
- Prepare business case for investment in product based on your reading of the market and creator feedback
- Become a domain expert on creator economy over time by culling insights from primary and secondary research
- Work extremely closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Community, Partnerships, and the founding team.
- Help us strategize and execute strategic campaigns and press releases
- Meticulously track and report with strong inclination towards continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of work experience [preferably shown some demonstrable success at an early stage startup]
- You have expertise in a few of these areas ; Email marketing, Ads, Content, Design, Experimentation, Analytics, Branding, Strategy, Campaign Execution, or PR
- Can communicate extremely well ; both written and verbal communications
- Think deeply about problems ; we love working with people who think deep!
- You love to conduct and learn from experiments across different areas of work ; it helps us know that you are not afraid to fail
- You are analytical ; you seek data to draw inferences and hypothesis [you will have access to data to this]
- You are focused on continuous improvements backed by data & insights on the various marketing experiments you undertake.
- You love taking innovative bets (moonshots) from time to time that will help us grab the attention of creators, and different partners involved in creator economy.
- Are super organized and have a knack of organizing your work to share context with the team and creators for keeping people you work with on the same page
- Are someone who believes in constant improvement and revisit processes based on your new learning and insights you find along the way
- Can quickly decide on top most priorities which bring most impact and value, based on your ever changing context
- Are intrigued by the Creator Economy!
