An Auto Parts manufacturing company is now hiring... Position: " Sr Manager - Production" Job Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Candidate age must be 45+ years; Key Skills: 1) Machine Shop 2) Heat Treatment Process 3) Chrome Plating 4) Phosphate Coating Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Production Planning, Control and achievement of Production targets from time to time.
- Review of operations, improve process efficiency, and cost control.
- Assessment of current machinery.
- Product failure Complaint analysis.
- New parts development.
- Approval of raw materials and bought out components through inspection reports.
- Ensure compliances with HSE as per statutory requirements.
- Provide support to all the teams and ensure the works should be accomplished within the time limit.
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Liaison with Government Authorities and concerned authorities (Ex. PCB, Electricity, Factories Department, Industrial Department, Waste Management etc.,)
- Responsible to ensure the compliance as per the Acts.
- Review Vendor invoices and approval for payment.
- Review the quotations, customer evaluation, price negotiations and sale of scrap based on the best market prices.
- Responsible for timely AMC and claims under Warranty.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Training and Development of personnel and evaluation of employees' performance.
