Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales team to develop sales pitch & winning strategy
• Coordinate with Solution Architects & Bid Managers during bid response
• Work closely with Technology Solutions and Partnerships (TSP) team to collate latest industry trends & thought leadership, Share market intelligence with Offering managers
• Collaborate with Bid Managers & share inputs like credentials, bid response summary for central repository
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners/ADMs to get a final sign-off on team size for bids
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to share bid updates
• Existing Existing: Develop account mining strategies along with BU sales team to enhance wallent share of digital business from existing customers
• Existing New: Develop strategies along with BU sales team to penetrate new business in digital from existing customers
• New New: Develop strategies along with BU sales team to win new logos in digital
• Develop proactive pitches in digital by articulating value added solution propositions and winning proposals in digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, software engineering or closely related degree.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience with technical sales, software engineering, software product development, systems integration, custom solutions, or similar experience with exposure to IOT and connected solutions.
• Proven written and oral communication abilities; ability to articulate solutions and rationale for design decisions.
• Ability to promote adaptive design practices to drive collaboration of feature teams around a common technical vision using continuous feedback; and make recommendations of potential impacts to existing and prospective customers of the latest technology and customer trend.
• Ability to demonstrate familiarity (not expert capability) in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Suite of cloud services.
• Experienced in Industrial automation, PLC, SCADA integration - Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet, Profinet, Rockwell Automation, OPC-UA etc.
• Experienced in solution architecture development to integrate OT and IT systems involving sensors, PLC/SCADA systems, MES, MOM applications
• Experienced in the recommendation, and integration of best SCADA, MES systems SIEMENS Wonderware, MES systems - Cantier, Ignition, iBASEt Solumina etc, MOM systems - Delmia Apriso, AVEVA, Syspro etc.
• Experienced in the integration SAP modules such as SAP MM, PP, SD, SCM, PM with OT systems
• Experienced in the integration of PLM - Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systemes Envovia etc and CAD systems - NX, Creo, CATIA with IoT Platforms such as PTC ThingWorx suite, Siemens Mindsphere, Cumulocity etc.
• Experienced in digital twins, digital thread implementations
• Experienced in CAD automation
• Demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by leader roles on business captures and proposals.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and ability to design and architect solutions related to one or more of the following domains: Cloud computing architectures and deployment to include Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Exposure to Microservices architectures. Enterprise and Mission IT solutions. Data transformation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence. DevSecOps methodology and automation. Enterprise level Digital Transformation and Modernization.

Ideal candidate will also possess:

• Experience in containerised deployments based on Kubernetes or cloud foundry-based products
• Experience of complex system integration using gateways
• Extensive experience of microservices design for a complex platform
• Experience in advanced data modelling for both relational and NoSQL databases, performance optimisation or tuning at component and database level, and complex data migrations
• Experience of data streaming solutions such as Apache
• Experience of defining application architectures and roadmaps for complex solutions working for all layers of the technical architecture
• Services and solutions delivery experience that securely spans a complex infrastructure domain
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and leadership level colleague
