Reviewing RFPs, RFIs, managing presales proposals, analyzing deal qualification metrics and recommending the best solutions
Coordination with various stakeholders (sales, solutions, delivery, technology, facilities) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission
Exposure to digital technologies, such as: Data & Analytics, Cloud migration, Automation, CRM, UI/UX, eCommerce, Content management, DevOps framework etc (at least 2 of them)
Formulating, developing, and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through; ensured the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team
Excellent skills at Proposal management methodologies Initiation & Kick off, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing and retrospective activities.
Assist & attend the client meetings for Product demos & requirement analysis.
Participate in client interactions during the deal process to better understand the context and design client specific solutions.
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiations.
Work closely with the Management Team, participate in customer requirement discussions, devise effective business solutions, provide support in pitches for business etc.,
Manage the entire proposal lifecycle including scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.
Coordinate with various internal teams like Technical, Domain, Sales etc.,
Good learning ability with proven analytical skills
Requirements:
10-12 years Industry experience with MBA or Engineering educational background
Strong knowledge of Requirements gathering management and analysis to create proposals.
Excellent skills at Proposal management methodologies Initiation & Kick off, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing and retrospective activities.
Experience in providing pre-sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with equipment, software product or service configurations and functionality. When required liaise directly with customers or prospective customers in relation to the same.
Smart with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
