Digital Presales Consultant JD..

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing RFPs, RFIs, managing presales proposals, analyzing deal qualification metrics and recommending the best solutions
  • Coordination with various stakeholders (sales, solutions, delivery, technology, facilities) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submission
  • Exposure to digital technologies, such as: Data & Analytics, Cloud migration, Automation, CRM, UI/UX, eCommerce, Content management, DevOps framework etc (at least 2 of them)
  • Formulating, developing, and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through; ensured the strategic objectives were well understood and executed by the team
  • Excellent skills at Proposal management methodologies Initiation & Kick off, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing and retrospective activities.
  • Assist & attend the client meetings for Product demos & requirement analysis.
  • Participate in client interactions during the deal process to better understand the context and design client specific solutions.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiations.
  • Work closely with the Management Team, participate in customer requirement discussions, devise effective business solutions, provide support in pitches for business etc.,
  • Manage the entire proposal lifecycle including scope finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams like Technical, Domain, Sales etc.,
  • Good learning ability with proven analytical skills
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years Industry experience with MBA or Engineering educational background
  • Strong knowledge of Requirements gathering management and analysis to create proposals.
  • Excellent skills at Proposal management methodologies Initiation & Kick off, Planning, Execution, Control, Closing and retrospective activities.
  • Experience in providing pre-sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with equipment, software product or service configurations and functionality. When required liaise directly with customers or prospective customers in relation to the same.
  • Smart with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
