Manager - Operations

India's largest Chain of Ayurveda Hospitals require Manager Operations. We are the pioneer in quality systems and protocols driven precision Ayurveda healthcare to achieve root cause disease reversal and enable sustained well-being. The first and only national quality award winner (QCI-DL Shah, 2012) in the Ayurveda sector, the first Ayurveda hospital in India to be accredited by NABH (2010), the first hospital accredited by NABH for Ayurveda para-surgery (2013), We effectively re-positioned and transformed Ayurveda into a precision medical service that diagnoses and treats the root cause of serious diseases for sustained disease-reversal and wellbeing over the past 15 years.

Currently we are in the phase of aggressive expansion, with an infusion of funds and therefore are looking to bring in smart individuals to lead various functions. The selected candidates will be getting the unique opportunity to be part of the early-stage team and will have the first mover advantage of driving growth in a hitherto untapped market of organized play in Ayurveda sector.

As part of this, we are looking for smart, young individuals to lead our Operations function. The person will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our centres, by coordinating with Centre Managers, ensuring process and reporting adherence by every centre.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at all our centres by coordinating with centre managers

- Work with centre managers for any operational requirements - e.g., camps, field sales, posters/ banners etc.

- Enforce process discipline in centres through weekly reviews and trainings - Process & role clarity, Therapist utilization, medicine ordering, cash collection, consultation and review setup, counselling etc.

- Work with HR for new resources, training needs and good work culture in centres

- Ensure reporting, documentation and updating of ERP systems are done systematically

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree with MBA in Hospital Operations

Preferred :

- 8-10 years' experience in Hospital Operations with leading NABH accredited hospitals in the country

- Process orientation and ability to work with doctors
