Job Description
- Managing End to End process from Product Ideation till Commercialization, launch and beyond in alignment with management, marketing, finance (P&L analysis) and corporate growth objectives.
- Proposing & Developing Formulations in the domains of Ayurvedic/herbal Pharmaceutical, Personal care/Cosmetics, FMCG, Nutraceutical, Wellness dietary supplements, Animal health, Baby care, OTC and OTX.
- Ayurvedic formulation development in all health segments including respiratory, cardiac, musculo skeletal, hepatic, neuro, derma, gastro intestinal, rejuvenation, aphrodisiacs, ENT, ophthalmic, diabetes, obesity, detox, women\'s health etc and hair care, nail care, skin care, dental health, men grooming etc
- Developing the scientific back up for the Products of all categories Generic as well Proprietary. Helping the Product Management Department with the scientific content for whichever mode of marketing of the products like Website, All formats of Electronic Media, Print Media, Product Brochures / Leaflets / Handouts/ Leave Behinds for Ethical Promotion as well Customer Promotion and Support
