REGIONAL SALES MANAGERReporting To: BUSINESS HEADDepartment : MARKETING & SALES (TEAM B)Qualification: BSCLocation: Mumbai or Ahmedabad or Vadodara (Candidate must be based in any 1 out of these 3 Locations.Experience (Total Yrs.): 8-10 YRS Internal / External Customers(Point of Interaction / Communication Channels): Internal Customers: Marketing & Sales TeamExternal Customers: Pharmaceuticals company, Procurement Team, Microbiologists.JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identifying business opportunities in pharmaceutical industries for sales of product.
- Promoting products through scientific discussion, Lead generation and sales conversion.
- KOL Development - Maintain healthy relationship with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensuring timely payment collection and handling customer queries & Timely resolution of the same.
- Market Research and Analysis.
- Managing, Leading and training Sales Team, great team building skills.
- Manage optimal inventory levels with channel partners.
- Preparation of MIS reports for Management review, and other reports as per company policy.
- Self-Motivated, Go getter Attitude, Good communication skills, Willing to learn and Explore. Should have good presentation skills.
