Litigation and Advisory - Indirect Tax ManagerProfile - Account (Litigation and Advisory)Location - MumbaiExperience - 4-5 yearsQualification - CACTC - NegotiableRoles and responsibilities:- Handling GST Audit & Departmental Audits.- Incorporation of various tax related amendments in processes & accounting system- Coordination with Tax Consultants- Handling queries of Branches and other Departments related to indirect taxes.- Assisting in GST litigation data preparation and submission, appeal filing etc- Assisting in compliance of various tax notices- Maintaining Litigation and Compliances Tracker- Ensuring Record maintenance and compliance- Complying with the ITC Rules, ensuring timely availment of tax credits.- Tax accounting and reconciliations- Reconciliation of ITC availed with GST Portal.- Ensure correct Annual filings- Preparation of Board Notes, Taxation related PPT and MIS
