Qualification:-
- 10 + years of experience in the HR for a manufacturing Industry.
- Any graduate with MBA / Post Graduate Degree .
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for forecasting, analyze & fulfill all the manpower needs in line with the business plans.
- To ensure the recruitment cycle as per agreed deliverables with the business heads to ensure a talent pool of candidates available for business and conduct new joinee formalities / induction programs.
- To ensure people engagement programs & trainings partnering with learning & development team to drive it across the locations.
- Overall responsible for monitoring and managing HR, Administration and CSR budget.
- Ensure implementation of all HR policies and people management processes.
- To ensure better liaison and cordial relationship with local authorities and other local police officials.
- To evaluate and finalize contracts pertaining to the Department.
- To ensure and maintain the factory\'s hygiene to meet out the standards of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001.
- To ensure safety at work. Periodically do safety observation audit .
- Coaching employees towards statutory compliances, Ethical Management & Parent Company Policies.
- Shop floor visits on day to day to address grievances.
