Job Summary * Unit Manager - Human Resources/Senior Unit Manager - Human ResourcesJob Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj finance Limited" The purpose of this role is to implement and administer Job Evaluation framework for junior and middle management rolesJob Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities - 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1 Updation of the JDs for junior and middle management roles * Review the JDs prepared by the HRPs by checking the structure of the JD is followed language is clear * Update the JDs every year and follow a version control approach to update the same * Allocate the JDs to the internal JE certified professionals every month * Advise the HRPs & business leaders on capturing the role accountability in the JD correctly for GB04-GB07 band 2. Updating the respective teams with JE and JD data * Update the data dump every month for JD and JE and keep them updated on sharedrive * Update the data that is to be provided to the Auto-promotion team IJP team * Update the data in the required Excel and PPT format to be presented to the BFS group every month * Validate the IJP/Transfer request daily to ensure they are JE compliant * Provide data to the MD Office every fortnight for the roles evaluated in the intervening time period 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) * 100% Manual Excel Process * Coordinating with multiple JE professionals and normalizing their scores for internal parity btw department manager-reportee roles is a challenge * Coordinating with multiple HRPs to ensure JD quality is maintained is a challenge 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) * Normalization of scores to ensure 360 degree parity btw roles 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work HR Partners - for necessary approvals IJP Team - Providing go ahead for daily IJP/Transfer Auto-promotion team - Providing go ahead for monthly AP External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work * Bajaj Finserv - Providing data in the required formats 7.
