Responsibilities:
International HR Strategy:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s international business goals.
Ensure compliance with global HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding. Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage international compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the global job market.
Global HR Policies:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures for international locations. Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations in each region.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives globally.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage global performance appraisal processes. Guide talent development and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Operations Manager, preferably in a global tech environment.
Strong understanding of international HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Certification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
