Introduction:

HR Operations and Payroll Business Management team is responsible for enabling the HR Operations and Payroll teams to fulfil the requirements of their respective roles. This role will report to the Head of HR Operations and Payroll Business Management but will provide support across the HR Operations and Payroll TCs across a variety of different tasks including, but not limited to, strategy, governance, communications and engagement for the broader team.

What will you be doing?

The role holder will be expected to work with the Head of HR Operations and Payroll Business Management to:
aAEURAa, a, a, Influence and facilitate collaboration across the Leadership, Service Delivery, Commercial Oversight, and Service Strategy and Transformation teams to support the definition of, and delivery against, the service strategy for the two TCs, on time and to budget, including activity which requires interlock across the teams.
aAEURAa, a, a, Understand complex problems, evaluate and analyse available information to present solutions to the Leadership team, using data wherever possible to aid decision-making, as well as proactive oversight of any agreed actions.a,
aAEURAa, a, a, Oversee the delivery of the HR Operations and Payroll Governance framework in line with the agreed Terms of Reference and oversee delivery of actions arising from the forums and champion a Governance culture across HR Operations and Payroll.
aAEURAa, a, a, Manage inputs to aid delivery of high quality outward reporting and governance activity on behalf of the HR Operations and Payroll TCs, which includes, but is not limited to, engagement with the Group HR Director and wider HR TC Leads, HR Executive Committee updates, and internal team communications.
